How Chiedza works
Support that changes with the moment.
Chiedza is being designed around a simple principle: the kind of support someone needs when calm may be very different from what they need when overwhelmed.
Product in developmentThe continuous care loop
Support should continue to learn what helps.
A person can return with different needs on different days. Chiedza is intended to carry useful context forward without treating patterns as diagnosis or certainty.
Listen for emotional context
Organise useful patterns
Adapt to current capacity
Introduce human care
Remember what has helped
State-aware support
The interface can become quieter as the need becomes more urgent.
Longitudinal memory
Remember what mattered, not everything that was said.
Chiedza is intended to retain useful, consented context that can make support feel less repetitive and more responsive over time.
Common questions
Clear answers, without overpromising.
Is Chiedza a therapist?
No. Chiedza is being designed as an emotional support and recovery platform. Its AI components are intended to listen, reflect, organise context and support care routing — not replace qualified therapists.
Is Chiedza available now?
Chiedza is currently in development. Early-access and pilot opportunities will be announced as testing progresses.
Will I have to use Chiedza every day?
No. Chiedza is intentionally designed without streak punishment or forced daily check-ins.
What happens if I need more support?
The product is being designed with defined pathways for human care, review and escalation. Final availability will depend on geography, care partnerships and operating capacity.
Can I control what is shared?
User control and consent are core design principles, including controls around therapist visibility, transcript sharing and communication preferences.
Is Chiedza for organisations too?
Yes. Future deployment models may include employers, healthcare systems, schools, NGOs, insurers and other care partners.
