This notice covers this public marketing website and its enquiry forms. It does not describe a live Chiedza care application, therapist portal or clinical service, because those services are not yet publicly available.

Information you choose to provide

The contact form may collect your name, email address, organisation, area of interest and message. The early-access form may collect your first name, email address, country, role, optional interests and consent to receive updates.

Please do not use these forms to send medical records, crisis details or other highly sensitive health information.

How information is used

Submitted information is used to respond to enquiries, manage early-access interest, understand potential partnership needs and send meaningful development updates where you have consented.

Chiedza does not use the emotional or health-related content of messages for marketing analytics.

Storage and notifications

Form submissions are saved in protected website storage for later review and export. The website may also send a notification email to the Chiedza team when a submission is received.

A one-way technical hash derived from basic request information may be stored to support spam prevention and operational security.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be handled by authorised Chiedza team members and by infrastructure providers needed to host the website or deliver email. Information will not be sold as a list or shared for unrelated advertising.
